Return Policy

Your personal satisfaction guaranteed for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund for the merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date, provided all the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with. 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee* If you are not 100% Satisfied within 30 days you may return your purchase. Just call us at (704-678-6590) The item must be returned in the same package with no damage. Shipping charges back to Designer Robes Corporation are the responsibility of the customer. If you need help returning the product please call us. Refunds will be made within five (5) business days from receipt of returned product.

Damaged Products If you experience damage due to carrier always accept the shipment and have the driver mark it damaged when received. Immediately contact Designer Robes Corporation and we will file the claim for you against the carrier, have the carrier pick up the damaged item and send you a replacement item once we have received the damaged item. 

Directions for Returns If you do wish to return your product please use our request for return form with the buyer's name, the order confirmation number (which will be the carrier’s waybill or shipping number), and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. RMA numbers is are valid for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging. Please hold on to all packaging until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have purchased.

We reserve the right to replace products based on but not limited to the following: Items damaged due to not following washing/care instructions Damage incurred after receipt Please note that return shipping charges are not included in the refund and it is your responsibly to pay for return shipping.

Products not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. NOTE: It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery.
